What do you have your Max API Aware and Max Concurrent for the different processes set to?

I was just wondering what other companies have their Max API Aware and Max Concurrent set to.  We are starting to see delays of some jobs/processes because of hitting the max.  So we are looking to increase the amounts and trying to gather data on what would be a good number without impacting online performance.  The DB is on ms sql server 2008 and the process scheduler is on a window 2008 server.  I current Max API aware is 10 all the processes are set to a max concurrent of 3 expect application engine, which is set to 7.
