Trading Inventory Organization Excise Entries

Dear Guru's,

I created Trading Inventory Organization.  In addtional Org Info i given RG23 D A/c, CESS AND SH.CESS Tax codes.

I attached taxes Excise Basic, Cess & SH.Cess.  But Accounting entries generated only one account code of RG23D A/C.  CESS & SH CESS amounts also included in RG23D Account amount.

But register balances its showing break up wise cess & SH CESS , and excise amount.  Is it standard functionality?

Example:

Excise Duty    200   Account code   240536

Cess on Ex       20  Account code   240537

SH CESS           10  Account code   240538

SYSTEM ENTRY GENERATED:

RG 23 D Alc dr   230       (240536)

Receiving Inventory cr   230    (130107)

(view register balance i can see break up's & RG 23D report showing breakup wise.
