Where is the configurations/Details for directing to first page.

Hi,

May anyone help me to understand the following.

In the browser after we give the "User ID and Password", normally the peoplesoft directs us to the following page by default.

https://domainname/psp/SITENAME/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?tab=DEFAULT

Where actually the setup for this routing (Some where there in peoplecode?  or in webserver itself?)

Also for career site etc. (public user automatic login) how the system decides the initial page?

Also it seems always by default "EMPLOYEE" portal is coming ?   Can we change this to some other portal by default?
