Oracle Identity Manager 11.1.2 Installtion and Configuration along with OID Connector

Hi,
After Installing 11gR2 Identity Management Pack, I am facing various issues.

Not able to use OID Connector, Its not fetching the user id, password etc while requesting account  etc.  but these kind of issues was not there in the previous versions like 11.1.1.5

Is there any Doc contains clear about Provisioning ( OID and an custom application).

I am not able to understand the concept Application Instance / Access Policy.
