Inter State Sales with E1

Hi,

I need to know how to handle E1 sales whereby Interstate sales are taken with involvement of 3 parties for eg given below

 

 

Party 1 located in city A give order to Party 2 Located in City B

 

Party 2 of City B instructs Party 3 in City C to deliver the material to Party 1 in City A and bill to him against c Form and will also give E1 Form to Party 2
