Manual Entry in RG23D Register entries

Dear Guru's,

I entered Manual Entry in RG23D screen.  After i saved the transactions Balances hit in RG23D.  while running report i can find the quanties i updated in Manual entry screen.

But General ledger level no accounting entries generated? whether it is standard Beahaviour?

Scenario i can explain with RG23A AND RG23C Manual entry screen.

Whenever we pass Manual Entry in RG23A & RG23D account coloumn is there we can give which account we want credit our cenvat.  after enter the account system will create register entry in GL level.

I want to know same case not happening while Passing Manual enter in RG23D REGISTER.
