FSCM 8.9 to 9.1 FP2

We have plans to upgrade 8.9 FSCM to 9.1.
Please help me with questions below?

1)Should we go upto 9.1FP2? (8.9 -> 9.1 FP2)
2)In terms of  Bundle/MP  ,  9.1FP2 covers to what level?
3)Once we are live on 9.1FP2,if any more MPs are released what should be the way to apply it?
4)How do we find the required for Upgrade Patches (What options we need to select in Patches/UPdates)?
