Strategy Management program not assiging strategies correctly

Hi,

I have come across a very strange issue when running the IEX:Strategy Management program. We are Currently on version 12.0.6 and run Strategies at the BILL_TO level.

I have three strategies: A Default Strategy, Strategy A & Strategy B (all are enabled).

Strategy A is segmented by a database view: IEX_F_KHG_AAA_V  (this view returns 10 BILL TO customers).

Strategy B is segmented by a different database view: IEX_F_KHG_BBB_V (this view returns 10 different customers).

Now here's the strange part;

When I run the Strategy Management program, it doesn't assign any Strategies at all. There are no customers listed under the heading 'Strategies to be newly created'.
