Adding an upgraded R12 instance to current sso setup

Hi,
My current SSO setup is done with the following componenets and also with HA.

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 10.1.4.3 BP11 
ODSM 11.1.1.5.0 (11g R1 PS4) Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11.1.1.5.0 (11g R1 PS4)
OID Database 11.2.0.1
Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 11.1.1.5.0
OHS WebGate 10.1.4.3 BP11
Directory Integration Platform (DIP) 11.1.1.5.0 (11g R1 PS4)
EBS Accessgate 1.1.1.4
IIS web server 7.5
IIS WebGate 10.1.4.3 BP11
  
Now , I have upgraded a 11i instance to R12.1.3 and need to add this instance to the current sso setup.

Note : SSO setup here is done with IWA(Zero degree SSO)

Could you please help me ?
