how to configure active-active process schedulers on two unix-servers

i have questions about process scheduler that i will have to configure it at two unix-servers  as Active - Active.
my question is that have two points as below.

1, psreports directory, does it need to be configured at shared disk between two unix-servers or not ?

2, let me know guide notes , documets or good ideas ? please help me
