R2 GTC Failure

 We have migrated to R2 within our Development system and just starting to execute CRUD. One of the first steps is to load in a Flat file using an existing GTC, this will create users in our system. Upon load it errored out (log attached) one of the major issues we had was "value too large for column "OIMADM"."RA_HRMS_FEED2_GTC"."RA_HIRE_DATE" (actual: 10, maximum: 7)." I did go into the sysadm site and verified the user form to confirm the hiredate and the column length (snippet attached). Now I see the table is noted as RA_Hire_Date is the RA in a different table?
