Not able to view dunning level

Hi,
We are in version 12.1.3 and using basic features of collections in receivables, without advanced collections license.

We are using staged dunning.

But not able to view/update dunning level in History tab in collections workbench.

Moreover, as expected even though different templates are generated in dunning process, all invoice numbers are appearing in all templates, rather than in respective templates alone.

Is there any pre-requisite/setup for this?
