multi language support in Advance Collection strategy dunning regarding

Hello Gurus,

 

We have r12 setup (12.1.3) and implementing Advance Collections. We will be using strategies and scoring engine level would be ’Bill To’. As per our client's requirement we have modified sql for standard template query ‘Bill to Dunning Soft Letter 1’. Assigned modified template ‘Dunning Soft Letter 1’ to query   ‘Bill to Dunning Soft Letter 1’

 

Assigned query template to work item of strategy.

 

Let’s say I have added translations to template for German and French language.

 

Under UWQ if we click on send dunning button,  when would the translated templates be utilized (or invoked) ?

 

The client’s requirement is like based on language preference set at customer site translation should happen.  Appreciate any inputs regarding how to handle this.
