R2 Create User (AD/EX) issues

 We have migrated to R2 within our Development system and just starting to execute CRUD. One of the first steps is to load in a Flat file using an existing GTC to create users. It did end up creating the user but it didn't load some of the attributes mostly surrounding AD and Ex. I would like a little light shed upon some of the errors (log attached). An overview of my errors are these:  <Error> <oracle.iam.platform.utils> <BEA-000000> <Failed to apply DMSMethodInterceptor on oracle.iam.reconciliation.impl.ActionEngine> and the "Execute Event for Email Handler" it hits a
