OIM reports

 Hi All,
is there any way I can run SQL queries to find out the tasks that fails in OIM rather than using the OIM console? OAM console can be very slow and does not have much flexibility when it comes to manipulating the report and data.

I am also interested in know if there is a way to set some alerts on OIM if any taks fails.
