Weblogic process

Hello,

 As we know that before launching the application server in weblogic, we need to issue startWeblogic.sh and startNodemanager.sh and then launch the URL

My question is that whenever we start the startWeblogic.sh or startNodemanager.sh, we see the contents of it and we have to leave it running, we cannot close it.  
But I want startWeblogic.sh and startNodemanager.sh to be run backend, we should not see the process running
