OIM 11gR2 11.1.2 and Exchange Connector

 Hello,
We're starting to stand up our OIM 11g R2 BP1 in development from 11.1.1.5 BP2. Our AD connector works, but the Exchange seems to be having some issues. It will not provision any accounts, though it worked just fine before the upgrade. Just wondering if anyone else has had any issues after upgrading.

Exchange Connection 9.1.1.5
Exchange 2010

I have confirmed that the fields it claims are empty are in fact populated.
