The sso is throwing error, if custom application opened directly without apps login

I have tried to open an URL which has Guest user grant and later changed to SSO(Oracle Access Manager 11G) login user. The sso is throwing error

Error

System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator.

the custom URL which i have tried to open which has Guest permission is

http://<Oracle Application Instance>/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=XXIRC_FLSDK287_JOB

it will open another page which has internal functional of changing Guest user to oracle SSO System login user

http://<Oracle Application Instance>/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=XX_IRC_EMP_VIS_VAC_DISPLAY&retainAM=false&p_posting id=184056&p_s Vacancy Id=4955
