HRMS 9.0 Bundle 20 Patch 13345749 - New Occupational Categories for IPEDS reporting

BGSU has installed HRMS 9.0 bundle 20 and Patch 13345749 - New Occupational Categories for IPEDS reporting.  However, all we seem to have received was 20 new translate values for the IPEDSSCODE field.  We were expecting new standard occupational categories for our JOBCODE table.  There is no good documentation that can be found.  Can anyone help me understand what this is supposed to fix?  Thank you.
