How to set Crystal Report Path to a network drive?

edited Nov 6, 2012 9:12PM in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 9 commentsAnswered ✓
We want to share Crystals Reports among several NT Process Scheduler. So, we have mapped a network drive on each Windows host and set crwrptpath in Process Scheduler's configuration file.
However, when we ran the reports, it failed. Below is the error message from the log:

Report not found - Y:\NTS90ADV\crw\XRFWIN.RPT       %6 %7 %8 %9 (65,30)
 Message Set Number: 65
 Message Number: 30
 Message Reason: Report not found - Y:\NTS90ADV\crw\XRFWIN.RPT       %6 %7 %8 %9 (65,30)

Please advise. Thanks in advance!

By the way, we are using PT8.48, Windows Server 2003 SP2

Howdy, Stranger!
