Business Scenario Need to Map : Company Vehicle

Can any one reply my scenario


Regards,


Bus Cost: 10Lakhs
Down Payment : 2 Lakhs (Cash Paid by company)
Interest : 10%
Depreciation : 10%
Installment Period : 1 Year
Life of Asset : 10 year

1. Company planning to Buy Vehicle.  They get loan from Bank and Paid amounts installments through EMI, With Interest charges involved.

2. Instead of Bank Loan they are get Loan from Vendor. And agreement to pay monthly installments to vendor.  with interest

3. Through Credit Card they paid whole amount.  But Monthly EMI Amounts is converted.  Processing charges involved.

we are using AP,AR,FA,CM, GL modules only.

How we Map these scenario's in oracle
