TimesTen : Why still TimesTen instead of Exadata X3 ?

Exadata X3 will be released soon, it is so call "All in memory", what is the diff compare with TimesTen ? How to advise bussiness on in memory DB should be TimesTen or Exadata X3 except cost concern ? What is the decision matrix for end user if intention to move whole database into memory ?
