IB- PTIBUPGRADE.DMS

I am currently doing a TOOLS ONLY upgrade on our HCM 8.9 Tools from 8.46.08 to Tools 8.52.11.

I successfully upgrade our FSCM Tools from 8.51.19 to 8.52.11 but because we are SO FAR behind in the HCM module, I have hit the IB portion.

We do not use Integration Broker. Nor do I have any in-depth knowledge of how to use IB. Hence my posting. 

At Task 4-1-7: Preparing for IB Conversion. - the PTIBUPGRADE dms asks for a IB_NAMESPACE. I have found several reference to this and and want to enter the suggested '' http://xmlns.oracle.com/Enterprise/ERP/services';'
