App designer is hanging when saving record definition

Hi,
I am using 8.49 tools and HRMS and Campus Solutions 9.00.00.000 application version.

I am using oracle database with version Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.6.0 - 64bit

When I am saving existing or new record definition in app designer, App designer is getting hanged and not responding.

Please tell me why i am not able to save record definition.

It is very urgent.Please provide immediate solution.

Environment is installed on UNIX.DB is also on UNIX server
