When we try to upload the workflow in newly crated patch instance we get error message 'No out trans

 Hi Friends,
We have recently upgraded our instance to RUP7 with module level patches.

In the process of above we had taken backup of workflows which are customized in our organization.

When we try to re-deploy them in patched instance by using FORCE mode we get below error message for one of the item type i.e 'POWFRQAG' [Requisition account generator]

Activity 'FND_FLEX_ABORT_GENERATION' has no out transition

Please kindly see the below error message and attached are the screen shots for better understanding.
