Activating DG temporarily, What config changes will be required for OID/OIM for connectivity to DG

Activating DG temporarily, What config changes will be required for OID/OIM for connectivity to DG
The DB is currently on 11107 & is on RAC raca06/racb06
The OID services are running on apux255/apux256
The OIM services are running on apux255/apux256/cmsdrux43

OID version is 11.1.1.2.0

The requirement is that we need to temporarily activate Datagaurd for approx 12 Hrs
which means DB will switchover from raca06/b06 to drraca03,
What config changes will be required on OID/OIM servers for connectivity to the DB on drraca03 after switchover

Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided for this
