Page is getting refreshed after user activity

Under the link Oraganizational development -> Postion Management -> Maintain Positions/Budget -> Add/update position info .

Entered one positon number in serach page and details got displayed. If I try to enter some information in Title Field ,immediately page is getting processed and the message "cannot change current or history records unless in correctio mode".

First this what I need is this should come when some event like field change or tab out happens why this message is coming immediately after any keystroke on that particular field.This issue is speciifc t that field only.I have verified all events at page,record,component level but I could not find any code which is causing this issue.
