nVision report timing out in Web but not 2 tier

I'd really appreciate help with the following

We've got a matrix based nVision report that takes a couple of minutes to in 2 tier and times out after even 2 hours when running on the web.

This is the only report this is happening to. We've had it for years and made adjustments to it over time. I am however not sure what change might have brought this one
