Data from requesting BU not working when unchecked -Nvision

"The Data from requesting BU only" is an unchecked feature and was working in 8.9 however after the upgrade to 9.1 this feature is not working.  We have tried to create a new nvision layout and the issue still exist.  Has anyone experienced this issue?  Is there a resolution or a change in  this feature?
