Oracle Retail Support Dashboard

Every since Oracle updated the Oracle Retail Support Dashboard, I have not been able to open or download any documents on this site.  Is anyone else having an issue? or is it a problem with my web browser? 

The problem is when I tried to open or download the document I get a big long name like "downloadattachmentprocessor?attachid=1294091_1%3ACONV_PLAN_GUIDE&docType=WHITE%20PAPER&action=download" in the document name.  Therefore the browser errrors out and will not open or download the document. 

Does anyone know if this is a setting?
