Database migration impact (DB2 to Oracle) on Peoplesoft Customization

Hi

Our PeopleSoft customer  runs PeopleSoft FSCM v9.1, PT 8.52 and HR v9.0 running on BD2 and will be migrating to an @Oracle model running on an Oracle database.  Can anybody help me to underestand what are the impact to PeopleSoft customization object  or what are considerations for customizations in this data migration.

This information is bit urgent.
