Left hand side Main menu missing

Hi,

We are facing strange issue.

Open any page in peoplesoft, click on the newwindow below the New Window link at top right corner.

New window will be opened.Observe that new window  size will not be in full size.

Maximize the window.Then the left side Main Menu is missing it shows blank.

This is specific to few users and that too its not happening at all times.

Can anyone help me what is going wrong.

Also is there any way to open the new window in full size rather than maximizing it everytime.
