Batch script to run on Windows server to start Application Server if it is down

Hi,

I am not sure where to post this query exactly. So I chose to put it here. I am actually looking for a batch script to run on a Windows 2008 R2 server to restart (boot) the Application Server domain if it is down. So basically the script will check if the app server domain is down. If it is, then start/boot the app server domain. I haven't been able to find such a script anywhere. If someone can post such a script, I would really appreciate it. Thanks much in advance.

Regards,

SM
