Customization of mail sent to the customer

Hi,
My customer would like to send dunning letter by mail to the customer, but didn't want to have the letter as attachment of the mail.
He would like to have an email, with a specific subject, and the text of the dunning letter in the mail.

Do you think this customization is a complex one ?
