Uploading images thru wokflow notification

Hi All
We have a requirement to upload an image in Workflow notification (AME Workflow).
The notification should contain the button "Upload Image". Once the user clicks this button, he should be able to browse the image from the local system and save it in database along with other reference fields.
When the next approver receives the notification, he should be able to see the image which was attached earlier.

Request you all to get us the approach to suffice this requirement.
