XML Publisher report not showing Image in PDF output format

Hi,
I'm generating a PDF report in XML publisher and trying to generate QR code in it. I'm using a Java class which is generating QR Code. This QR code is visible when I preview report in HTML/XLS format but not Visible in PDF format. Would anyone like to comment on this?
