Is advance collections required to use these functionalities
We are in the process of re-implementation of 12i process from 11i. I have seen lot of changes in collections process. In 11i we are extensively using following functionality in receivables
1. Customer calls
2. Customer call actions and Notes
3. Customer calls follow ups and Correspondence.
Now in 12i it is all different. My question is whether i need to use Advanced collections to use the above functionality or i can manage with existing receivables functionality. We are not planning to go for using Strategies and other options.
