How to Identify All workflow that is Running in Oracle EBS environment

Gurus,

I need to disable the generice workflow  mailer that come with our oracle EBS and create a new mailer for each application.

I will then need to specify in the correlation ID field each item type(workflow) that i want to use my mailer.

The problem is I don't know how to identify all the workflow in each module of oracle EBS. I know i can look at WF_NOTIFICATIONS

to see all the workflow that runs but am not sure it is suffient to ensure that all the item types(workflow)  that uses the generic mailer has all been assigned a mailer
