subscribers are getting down frequently

In rib-rms, subscribers are getting down frequently.

In RIB Admin console -> deployments -> rib-rms.ear is running in suspeneded mode, so the subscribers are down and When we check in rib_message_failure data we ar egetting below error.

 

Error: Internal error: Cannot obtain XAConnection weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDisabledException: Pool rib-rms-jms1-ojms-managed-datasource is Suspended, cannot allocate resources to applications.

For this, We  increase the size in connection pool in weblogic, issue is resolved. After that issue still persists.

Let me know what is the root cause and why it is occurring repetedly. Kinldy provide the solution.
