Failed to logon to Directory in ESSO 11.1.2.0.0

Hello Experts,I have a problem in Oracle ESSO, when users connect to LDAP, get a message "Failed to logon to Directory", Note that my LDAP in Active Directory, I have install Admin Console and Logon Manager in AD and configure properly.

After investigation I have found that if I rename the user full name like Technical/DBA then the Slash Character "/" making problem. otherwise it its working fine. Can any one help me about this issue.
