Hi All,
we are interested to migrate our environment of OAM 10.1.4.1.0 to 11g .We are keen to know on the below points

1-Migration Plan i mean the procedure in doing out this structure
2-Functional Change
3-User Experience
4-Desighn,Architecture,code
5-Configaration part,utilities

Please need community assistance in drafting out the ideology.Quick response would be appreciated
