Failed to load wsm-pm during OAAM start up

Hi All
I am having an issue starting OAAM server. Everytime I start the server i am not able to load wsm-pm component. I keep getting error MDS-01330 for not able to load MDS configuration document.
All other components are up and everything seems to be working fine, but I am worried I am missing something and we loosing functionality in the background.

Could you please tell me what this component is used for and how I can resolve the issue. Below is a copy of the log entry.
