Peoplesoft Date, Time & Timezone Values

Dear,

I would like to understand that how peoplesoft shows the date & time stamp values in a various PIA pages like process monitor, workflow approval etc... Is it from Database?

My client is facing an issue that they are seeing the date in PST though my base time zone from PIA & database is SGT(+8:00). How do I troubleshoot this?
