Error running SQR via Process Scheduler

Hello,

we have this weird problem.  In some occassions, our PSNT Process Scheduler would error out all SQR processes, including XRFWIN.  No messages, not post to report repository, just ERROR.  As soon as we restarted the Process Scheduler, then we can run SQR again.  No problem with AppEngine or COBOL processes.  Anyone experience this in their environment?

We are on HCM 9.1 with Tools 8.50.10.  Platform is Oracle on Windows 2008 server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
