Remote Search Server does not work first time

Dear,

2 of my app servers from different host connecting to search server which is in other host. I have configured the remote search server setup in application and search server as per people books.There is no issue with respect to configuration.

The issue is, when users performing the search first time, it fails, however, subsequent searches are working as expected.

the logs are as below

app server log:
