AWF Escalation NotifyCC Email

Hello,

We are implementing the AWF escalation process and our business users have requested to CC supervisors of the approvers on the escalation emails.  Has anyone been able to implement this functionality?  We are using generic notification templates and did not see how to add configure the %NotififcationCCList to be based on the approvers supervisors.  We are using PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 and PTools 8.51.  Can someone suggest how to implement this or provide some documentation?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
