Item attribute not displying properly in notification message

Hi,

I am customizing a notification under the text tab, but the value of the item attributes are not being set properly. The body of the emailed message is shown below. CH2_OTA_ENROLL_CONFIRM is an item attribute that is being set in a custom package right before the notification is triggered. I can query it using the package, Wf_engine.getItemAttrText, and can see that the attribute is indeed populated. Can someone tell me why it's not displaying in the message? Also, is there a way to turn off the From/To/Sent/ID so it does not display, or can we at least move it to the bottom of the message?
