DMS: Oracle Database Lite Registration box asking user and password all the time.

Hi all ,
When the client first logs on to their machine they are now being presented with an Oracle Database Lite Registration box, that you had not previously encountered.

This box needs populating with the relevant password each time a user starts the client machine.

Our client are Webtogo_OC4J on Windows 7.

How to fix that ?
