Personalize Po Approved notification

Hello all,

          I  successfully personalized the Requisition Approval notification via OA framework in R12.1.2 by adding some additional fields. However when it comes to doing the same on the PO Approved notification the format appears to be very different. The Personlized links do not appear agianst the main content region (Purchase Order Lines) whch look more like and email than a HTML page . any ideas how I can add additional ffields to this notification - see attachment
