Hello,

We are working on a R12.1.3 OEBS, and we want to know if there is a link between Workflow Backgroung Process and Workflow activities.

For example, we have some deferred activity on EXPAPP workflow (Oracle Public Sector Financial) sometime on R12.1.3. But on R11.5.10.2, all activities are immediatly done. If anyone has a document that explain how workflow activities are based on, it will be useful.
